The Nuova Simonelli MDXS espresso grinder is the perfect solution for your high-output coffee shop or restaurant. It features a specialized micrometric grind adjustment system to give you infinite control over grind settings to get the precise grind that you need every time. With a 3.5 lb. capacity bean hopper, continue to make as much product as possible for your busy coffee shop or restaurant without worrying about long wait times for your customers. It is recommended to use a maximum of 8 lb. of beans a day in this grinder.

The grinder features silent technology, which allows it to operate at a high volume without the worry of excess noise. To use, simply flip the on / off switch. This grinder is able to hold the portafilter while it is dosing, so you can easily focus on other tasks during the grinding process. Its durable stainless steel 65 mm burrs allow you to grind up to 1500 lb. of coffee before needing replacement, and its die-cast aluminum frame ensures both durability and reliability for long-lasting use. This grinder requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.

The MDXSA (MDXS Doser with Shutoff) is the MDXS Doser grinder with a programmable shutoff in relation to filling the doser chamber. Once the doser chamber is full, the grinder will automatically shutoff and stop grinding. This prevents the chamber from overfilling. This is still a doser grinder and the amount of coffee that comes into the portafilter is not programmable.
